Payton Lusk is a 1994 graduate of Birmingham Southern College, where he earned a B.A. degree in English. At Birmingham Southern, Mr. Lusk was a member of the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honors Society.  He received his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in 1997.

Born in Birmingham Alabama in 1972. He was admitted to practice law in Alabama in 1997. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, American Bar Association, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.  He is also admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in the State of Alabama.  Mr. Lusk is also an Eagle Scout.
